Long long time at not writing, I have to get back to base and start setting goals again. DLand has always been good for me for that reason.My love life is just fantastic. Phil continues to be the great man I suspected from the beginning. In fact we have been lovers/partners/boyfriend-girlfriend for 2 years now and it just as good if not better than before.
The boys are wonderful in fact I had another damn birthday on the 19th and they made me a cake from scratch (no packet mix) as a surprise for when I got home from work. I had an idea because I got a phone call from Seamus at 4pm that afternoon saying “this has nothing to do with last night but what is a moderate oven?” The night before he was asking questions about which is self raising and which is plain flour etc and ticking of ingredients from his list.
I got home that afternoon to see a spotless kitchen and a beautiful vanilla cake made with strawberries on top lightly dusted with icing sugar. That my friends had been the best present I have received from my boys. Seamus 13 did the cooking and Otis 16 cleaned the kitchen. I felt like all the hard work I have put into them has come back to me….big cheesy proud grin.
Phil the darling paid for my haircut and colour he also bought be a beautiful necklace made of turquoise with a sliver pendant attached. He took me away for Easter to the beach and spoiled me rotten.
So as you can see all the above are going swimmingly I just need to readjust my work situation and turn that into a positive.
And resolve the ongoing issues I have with the ex husband. We are going to mediation to sort that out which is positive in it self.
I need to achieve again and I don’t feel I’m doing that where I am at work…..
